It was straight back to work after spring break! It was nice to have a little vacation but I’m glad to be back to campus with my UCBA family. I was able to give a tour to advisors on Wednesday and they were very interested in my experience as a Blue Ash student and what I felt Clifton could aid in my transition. I felt impacted at this event because it made me realize how inclusive the UC community is and how connected we are to the Clifton campus. Their advice and recommendations made me feel more excited and comfortable about my transition. I also participated in the Entrepreneur Speaker Series. This is always an interesting event to work because I get to hear insight from successful business people. I felt like I made an impact at this event by being able to provide people information about the event.

 

In my classes this week, I learned about how income and prestige are not always equal and one does not always determine the other or that person’s social status. Sociology is so interesting and I love gaining new perspectives!
