The last week of the semester was full of fun with all of my friends! I was able to give a tour to a group of ESL students from Mason. I felt like I made an impact at this event because I was able to show them how great our campus is and they were able to relate to me because I went to school in the same area as them! They were such a great group of students and had so many good questions about both the campus and college life. This week was also my leadership team’s event “Go for the Gold”. This event impacted me because it was so amazing to watch all of Alex’s hard work and planning come together to make a successful event! We had cheese coneys, Just Dance and other games for people play with while they relaxed before final exam week.

 

This week in classes, we mainly reviewed material that would be covered on the exam. Prerna and I also finished our video project for business law and it turned out great! Overall, it has been an amazing semester. Learning how to balance school, work and ambassador responsibilities was challenging at first but extremely rewarding. I am so happy to be apart of this program and cannot wait for the second semester to begin!
