This week was packed full of events! I worked so many of them and really enjoyed my experiences. By far my favorite event this week was the Disability Awareness Week Kick-Off. School Aid was there inviting students to participate in wheel-chair basketball. This event impacted me because it was inspiring to see students so interested in the challenges those with disabilities face every day and how they overcome them.  I also participated in the Orientation Manager/ Program Coordinator interview on Wednesday. I felt like I was able to make an impact at this event because I was able to inform the job candidate about the services the Career Services center offers to students and how this aids in their professional development. She was an awesome candidate and it was an amazing opportunity to participate in her interview process.

 

This week in classes, I had many exams and assignments. This week in economics, I learned about oligopolies. I thought this was a very interesting chapter because I learned that oligopolies make interdependent decisions that affect others in the field.
