For the fifth week of classes, we were able to have our second ambassador meeting of the semester. It was great to see everyone and we watched a video about how vulnerability can actually be used as a strength. This impacted me because it made me realize how my peers may show their strengths in different ways. I also helped people nominate faculty/staff for the Diversity is Beautiful award. I felt like I made an impact here because I was able to tell people what the award is and how/why they should nominate staff. I also was in charge of poster hanging.

 

This week was crazy full of exams! I did learn more about the sociological impact religion has on society and how it is both an individual and cultural thing. I am attending the A2RU seminar for emerging creative leaders at LSU next week, but hopefully everything will begin to calm down soon!
